Energy-Packed Marble Zucchini Banana Bread

- 1 cupgrated zucchini · squeezed dry
- 2 largeeggs
- 1/4 cupcoconut oil · melted
- 1/3 cuphoney
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 1 cupoat flour
- 1/2 cupalmond flour
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 1/2 tspcinnamon
- 1/4 tspsalt
- 2 tbspcocoa powder
- 1/4 cupdark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, grated zucchini, eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until just combined.

Transfer half of the batter to another bowl; stir in cocoa powder and chocolate chips.

Pour half of the plain batter into the pan, then half of the chocolate batter. Use a knife to swirl gently. Repeat with remaining batters.
