1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms are between the user and Motion Arc Fit. You must be at least 18 and confirm this when registering. Terms version: 2026-07-21. The privacy notice is provided separately and is not treated as consent.

2. Fitness information is not medical advice

Motion Arc Fit provides activity logging, progress tools, general fitness content and community features. It does not diagnose, treat, rehabilitate or provide emergency, medical or dietetic advice. Stop activity and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, chest pain, faintness, unusual breathlessness or other concerning symptoms.

3. Measurements, recipes and safety

Distance, pace, calories, scores and similar outputs are estimates. Recipe nutrition values may be AI-assisted and editorially reviewed but remain estimates. Users must check equipment, surroundings, ingredient labels, allergens and professional advice appropriate to their circumstances.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep sign-in details secure and do not impersonate others or transfer accounts.
• Do not bypass security, scrape the service, introduce malicious code or access data without authorisation.
• Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, dangerous misinformation, spam, fraud, unlawful content or another person’s private data.
• Only post content you have the right to use. You retain ownership and grant the service a non-exclusive licence to host, display, transmit, format and moderate it while needed to provide the service.

5. Moderation

Reported or safety-flagged content may be reviewed. Depending on severity, repetition and risk, the service may remove content, limit features, suspend or close an account. Appeals may be submitted to the published support contact.

6. Third-party links and commercial labels

Third-party product links are labelled before click as advertising, sponsored or affiliate when a commercial relationship exists. The third party remains responsible for price, stock, delivery, warranties and its own privacy practices.

7. Paid services

Any future paid feature must show the total price, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal/refund rules and required pre-contract information before purchase. Store-platform payment rules may also apply.

8. Availability and liability

The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or development. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury.

9. Ending the service and changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
