Cookie and Local Storage Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers cookies, protected device storage, local storage and similar technologies used by Motion Arc Fit. Version: 2026-07-21.

2. Strictly necessary technologies

• Session and security tokens used for sign-in and request protection.
• Local language, theme, notification, reminder and interface preferences.
• PWA application-shell and public static-asset caches. Private API responses are not placed in a persistent PWA cache.
• Operating-system protected storage for session tokens on supported mobile devices.

3. Analytics and advertising

The current release does not run non-essential analytics, behavioural advertising, cross-site tracking or advertising-profiling cookies. Therefore no non-essential cookie banner choice is currently required.

4. Future changes and controls

If a non-essential technology is added, its provider, purpose and duration will be disclosed and it will remain disabled until the user opts in. Users may later withdraw that choice without losing core service access.

5. Storage and clearing

Session data remains until expiry, sign-out or account deletion. Preferences remain until cleared or no longer needed. Local data can be cleared in Settings or through browser/device controls; blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in.
