Delete account

You can permanently delete your Motion Arc Fit account and its connected data.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select “Permanently Delete Account” and confirm twice.

What is deleted

Profile data, optional body and venue data, activity records, community posts and comments, follows, blocks, active sessions and in-app preferences are removed from active systems. This cannot be undone.

Limited exceptions

Records strictly necessary for a legal obligation, security/fraud investigation or dispute may be access-restricted for the applicable retention period. Deleted data leaves backups during the configured backup cycle.

Cannot sign in?

If you cannot sign in, send a verifiable request to the privacy request address configured by the publisher before release.
